I spearheaded and directed the initiation of the Pathfinder Blog series, orchestrating the creation of diverse content tailored content for various roles and automation stages. I conducted interviews with customer advocates, company executives, and subject matter experts to create content pillars, establish content calendars and get approved content published. The content was debuted at Automation Anywhere’s annual Imagine event and continued, post-event, morphing into the Pathfinder Workshop Series. As always, my content development process ensured alignment with brand messaging, industry standards, and audience needs, resulting in the creation of high-quality and engaging materials.
