Role: Sr. Marketing Manager/Content Strategist

A first-of-its kind proprietary product, Marvelle sought to appeal to residents 55 and over who wanted to live like millennials without living with them. I conducted several branding sessions with the Alliance C-Suite to arrive at this approach for the first-of-its kind proprietary brand. I also developed resident personas using data to unveil where the unique audience for this brand can be found online and IRL.
